  • Can I change a reservation?

    All tee time sales are final. They are non-cancelable and non-refundable. However, there are situations where a change request may be honored. If you have made a reservation guaranteed by credit card, please call the golf course with whom you made the reservation to request a change.

  • What is your weather policy?

  • What is SSL?

    Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

  • Why don`t I see the SSL padlock?

    Our booking engine is usually `framed` into other sites. This is like having two browser windows in one, but you can not easily see the address line and other information, such as the SSL status (padlock), in the second browser or frame. To verify that the framed window is transmitting using the HTTPS protocol you can right click anywhere in the frame (just not on an image) and select Properties from the pop-up menu. If you look at the Address line in the Properties window, you will see that the address for the framed page is an HTTPS address.

  • Will you give me directions to the course?

    Please visit the Course Information page and then select your golf course. You will find the course address and phone number along with a link to an online mapping tool.

  • Why don`t I get an email immediatley after I sign up?

    Email offers are limited and usually contain the best deals. They are not sent to everyone, every day. We follow a rotation so that everyone who signs up eventually gets some great deals in their email, but it may take a while. Be patient, they will come.

  • Why do you offer times that end up not being available?

    The tee time inventory on our website is based on supply and demand. When the tee times are loaded onto our website the inventory is available however the specific tee time might sell through other channels. To make sure the tee time is available please click on the desired tee time select the number of players and click next. At this time the system will check to see if the desired tee time is still available. If the tee time is available you will be prompted to continue through the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available we will display the next closest available tee time to the one you selected and you will be asked if you want to continue through the booking process with the updated tee time inventory.



  • Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?

    Once a customer clicks on a tee time and selects the number of players the tee time is put on hold for 5 minutes. This is allows the customer time to complete the booking process. If they do not complete the process the time will be removed from hold and appear on the site again.


  •  Why is payment in full required for some times and not for others?

    Some tee times posted to the website require 100% payment online and other tee times the customer will pay at the golf course. Tee times, which require 100% payment online usually, have the biggest savings therefore require 100% payment up front.

  • Can I make tee time reservations by phone?

    No. Tee times can only be booked online and cannot be booked over the phone. This allows us to continue to be able to offer the consumer the best tee time deals available.

  • My credit card is good, why won't your system accept it?

    We only accept Visa and Mastercard. Check that you have entered all of the information correctly. Double check your card number. If it still does not work please complete the Contact Us form and be sure to include the error message you are receiving.

  • Did I get the tee time?

    After going through the steps to purchase the tee time did you receive a Thank You page outlining the details for your golf reservation? If the answer is yes than you have successfully booked your tee time. If no please fill out our contact form.

  • What about sales tax?

    Most tee times do not require sales tax. Click on any tee time, and check Tee Time Details, to determine if sales tax is included.

  • Do you charge a booking fee?

    An additional booking fee is charged for some reservations. Click on any tee time and check Tee Time Details to determine if a booking fee is applicable to that tee time.

  • Is the booking fee refundable?

    Discounted tee times are non-refundable and non-cancelable. If the golf course is closed due to weather we will issue a refund for the amounts paid on line other than the booking fee, which has been paid to a third party.

  • How far in advance are tee times available on the website?

    Discounted tee times are normally available 3 to 7 days in advance. For tee times not available on the website, please contact the course.
